三七花，是三七全株中三七皂苷含量最高的部分，性味甘凉，具有清热、平肝、降压之功效，适用于头昏、目眩、耳鸣、高血压和急性咽喉炎等症，另可泡茶、炒肉、煲汤等，在安眠方面也有一定的功效。
饮用时取一茶匙干燥花瓣,用滚烫开水冲泡,可调入冰糖,蜂蜜,绿茶,红糖等一起饮用。.放少许于杯中冲烧水泡3至5分钟就可，可以重复加2到3次水。
Take some and brew with boiling water, add some (sugar/honey/brown sugar) as you prefer. Steep it for about 3-5 minutes and enjoy, it also can be refilled with hot water up to 2 to 3 times.
