茉莉花茶的功效
行气开郁。茉莉花所含的挥发油性物质，具有行气止痛，解郁散结的作用，可缓解胸腹胀痛，下痢里急后重等病状，为止痛之食疗佳品。抗菌消炎。茉莉花对多种细菌有抑制作用，内服外用，可治疗目赤，疮疡，皮肤溃烂等炎性病症。疏肝明目。茉莉花茶润肤养颜，面色暗哑无华，有排毒养颜的功效。茉莉花茶有提神、清火、消食、利尿等保健作用。Jasmine Tea is good for detox, beauty, refresh mind, relieve extra moisture and inner heat.
放少许于杯中冲烧水泡3至5分钟就可，可以重复加2到3次水。
Take some and brew with boiling water, add some (sugar/honey/brown sugar) as you prefer. Steep it for about 3-5 minutes and enjoy, it also can be refilled with hot water up to 2 to 3 times.
