Directions : Add 3 - 4 scoops 5 Colours Multi Grains (30g) into 200ml of warm water or any beverage. Stir well and serve. DO NOT MIX WITH BOILING HOT WATER. Consume once or several times per day.
Storage : Store in cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, store inside tightly closed container. Once the container is opened, consume within 3 months.
Ingredients : Red Quinoa, White Quinoa, Black Quinoa, Oats, Barley, Purple Chinese Yam, Buckwheat, Kale, Wheat Fibre, Black Wheat, Millet, Lotus Seed, Foxnut, Walnut, Fu Ling, Brown Rice, Almond, Black Sesame, Goji Extract, Red Yeast Rice, Turmacin(Turmeric Extract) and Burdock.
